Orders and Shipping
Have your received my order? |
You will receive an email confirming that your order has been placed. If any of the items you ordered are not in stock or you have requested a special order, an associate will notify you via email or by phone with an estimated time of arrival. Your order will not be processed before getting your approval of the delivery date.

When will my order be shipped? |
Your order will be shipped once your credit is approved, the receiving address is verified, and the item is located in stock. If the above can be verified before 4pm, your order will be shipped the same day of purchase.

Where can I have my ordered items shipped? |
Anywhere in the United States.
Deliveries must be made to a physical street address. Deliveries can not be made to PO Boxes.
Your shipping address must be verifiable and should be the same as the address listed with your credit card provider. Please notify your credit card company of any alternate address that you would like the item to be shipped to prior to placing your order.
For security reasons, all shipments must be signed for by the addressee |
